Privacy Policy

All the free tools (thumbnail, text, overlay, meme and roleplay generators, calculators and maps) run on your device. Anything you enter or create with them stays in your browser unless you download it or choose to share it.

The email address you enter when signing in and your credit balance are stored in your browser's local storage, so the site recognises you on that device. Clearing your browser data removes them.

When you submit a prompt, text or reference images to an AI tool, they're sent to our AI providers to generate the result: OpenAI for text and kie.ai for images. Uploaded reference images are stored with our hosting provider, Vercel (Vercel Blob), so the image provider can access them.

Please don't upload images or text you don't have the rights to, or personal information about other people.

Pro subscriptions and credit packs are billed through Stripe. We never have access to your full card details; Stripe only tells us what we need to confirm a purchase, typically the buyer's email address and the amount paid.

The website is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard request information (IP address, browser type, pages viewed and so on) to deliver and secure the site. We don't use advertising trackers or sell your data.

Our site uses your browser's local storage for your sign-in, credits and preferences. Site administrators also get a session cookie when they sign in to the admin area. We don't use advertising cookies.

GTATools.net isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email hello@gtatools.net or use the contact page. If this policy changes, we'll update the date above.
