GTATools.net is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Grand Theft Auto, GTA and related names and images are trademarks of their respective owners.

The free tools can be used for personal and commercial projects, such as thumbnails, overlays, roleplay documents and posts. Please don't use the site to break the law, harass others, or create content that violates someone else's rights.

You retain ownership of your uploads and creations. You are responsible for securing any necessary rights to images and text you upload. We reserve the right to reject or block prompts and uploads that violate these terms.

AI tools don't always get things right, so double-check anything before you publish it. Content made with Pro tools comes with a commercial license, as described on the Pro page.

Pro subscriptions and credit packs are sold through Stripe at the prices listed on the pricing page. Each AI generation uses the number of credits shown next to that tool. You can cancel your subscription whenever you like. If there was a problem with your purchase, let us know and we'll help.

We maintain the site, but all tools are offered "as is" and may be updated, suspended or removed at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GTATools.net will not be liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of the site.
